Security.
Tekra Car Rentals will not be responsible for any items lost, forgotten, kept in the car or forgotten in the driver’s custody.

Clients are not to leave any valuables (Phones, Laptops, Purse) etc in the car when leaving the vehicle.

Clients are to provide alternative phone numbers of individuals who will not be traveling with them in the vehicle.

Service Condition:

Full day service runs from 7:30am – 7:00pm.

Vehicle speed limit on highways is 100km/hr.

There will be a maximum of (4) passengers per car except for minis/SUVs which will seat six (6) / seven (7)

Waiting time exceeding 10mins into another hour will attract hourly charges.

Stopovers and diversion from agreed destinations will attract additional charges.

Tekra Car Rentals is responsible for energy (fuel) for all intra state services, for extended day travel services, Tekra Car Rentals is only responsible for energy cost to and fro travel location, fueling within travel location will be clients responsibility throughout the period of stay.

For Inter State trips: clients must depart before 8:00am and return before 6:00pm(travel same day return trip) it’s our policy not to travel late.

Payment Terms.
Full payments for services must be paid before service is rendered except for long term lease.

Request for refund after payment/reservation has been made shall attract a 20% charge.
